LET’S COOK THE FAMILY DINNER TONIGHT!
BEEF AND VEGGIE STIRFRY
Ingredients:
Fresh shaved beef (1 lb. package)
Fresh ginger paste (tube)
Fresh garlic paste (tube)
Black Pepper
Stirfry Sauce
Asian Soy Sauce
Olive Oil
Shredded Carrots (1 package)
Fresh OR frozen green beans [Steam beans for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water]
Directions:
● Add 2 Tbsp of olive oil to skillet
● Add beef to warm pan with ginger, garlic and black pepper
● Saute meat mixture on medium high heat
● Add 1/2 cup of dipping sauce
● Add green beans and carrots
● Continue to saute ingredients quickly
● Add stirfry sauce to mixture
● Saute and serve with brown rice or whole wheat pasta
